Envirosite's Tiered Government Records Suite empowers users to select between our BASELINE (ASTM only databases) or PREFERRED Government Records Report (all Envirosite's databases). You can also choose to add geological data at no extra cost.

Our BASELINE ASTM Report delivers information from our Standard Environmental databases while our PREFERRED Government Records Report accesses information from over 2,000 databases nationally.

All Envirosite reports meet American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM E1527-21 Phase I standard information requirements and is in accordance with the EPA's All Appropriate Inquires" (AAI).

With our Tiered Government Records Suite, we have also expanded the review/ quality check options to save our customers time in their review process with our Platinum Review or Silver Review/ Quality Check Options.
