About Envirosite Atlas®

Envirosite launched the new, next-gen platform, Envirosite Atlas in September of 2021. Built for environmental professionals, the platform gives them control over their due diligence data review and analysis by providing easy customizable views of the information, saving them time.

Utilizing Envirosite Atlas, users can quickly map out current environmental records and view past land use reports in real time, all in one place. Features within the platform include the ability to filter by environmental database, distance, and elevation relative to the subject property –geologic data and soils details, historical map overlays, a map opacity slider, and annotation tools. Areas of concern around the property can easily be identified with an embedded groundwater flow tool, and the built-in figure generator tool is used to easily create and download images.

The Envirosite Atlas platform integrates the company’s full suite of ASTM E1527 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) compliant data offerings selected by the environmental professional. This data includes government environmental records – including area and corridor studies, geologic records, soils data, as well as standard historical land use reports – aerial photos, USGS Topographic Maps, and fire insurance maps.

Envirosite Atlas also helps environmental professionals comply with the ASTM E2600 Standard Guide for Vapor Encroachment Screening. Vapor migration risk can be assessed with a customizable and user oriented VEC App Tool, built right into platform.

Envirosite Atlas and all its functionality is free to use for our customers.
