EBA and Summer Reading
Posted by Brett Dehler July 26, 2021
Last week, from July 21-23, the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) held their 2021 Summer Conference. Envirosite was a sponsor of the event and thoroughly enjoyed the content and the format. While virtual, it was very interactive with networking meet ups, contests for engagement, photo sharing, and more.
As usual, the topics for the agenda were timely with a lot of audience participation. Sessions included “What Does the Banker Want?”, The Pursuit of Quality in Phase I ESAs, Seven Things You Need to Know About Climate Change Risk Management, an update on the New ASTM Standard for Assessing Physical Risk of Climate Change, and more. For registrants, access to the session recordings and ability to interact with over 300 industry peers is available for the next six months.
The conference coincides with the publication of the Summer EBA Journal that is available for reading by all. With a new look and design, the journal covers a Mid-Year Market Outlook, ASTM Updates, information about PFAS, among others. Included is an article submitted by James Donovan – founder of Envirosite Corp and CEO of our parent company, ADEC Innovations – on behalf of GEO for Business, a UN Environment Program publication: Adapt to Survive: Business Transformation In a Time of Uncertainty.
You can access the full EBA Journal here.
We look forward to participating in the next EBA event.
Happy Reading,
The Envirosite Team
